About the Event
The August edition of our Mountain Trail Fun Run series is scheduled to happen on August 9, starting promptly at 7:00 AM. We will be running and or hiking an out and back on the Pacific Crest Trail. We will be climbing one of Southern California's most famous peaks - Mt Baden Powell. The total climb is about 8 miles. Of course since it is Out and Back you can run whatever distance you like.
Please note that a BIG PINES parking pass ($5) is required for parking at Vincent Gulch. You can buy it at the parking area.
Our host for this MTFR will be Alex Patananan. This promises to be an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself on the trails, soak in the stunning scenery, and connect with fellow runners.
