Workout Opportunities
TUESDAY: Interval (speedwork) sessions at the Joe Walker Middle School track, 57th Street West and Avenue L-8, Quartz Hill, 6 P.M. A variety of structured workouts ranging from short-distance timed repeats to sustained tempo running on the track or fields. Dale Lister, coach, 435-9417
SATURDAY: Long runs on the aqueduct: 7:00 am. Meet at 60th West where it crosses the aqueduct.
SUNDAY: Medium to Long Runs on the aqueduct: 7:00 am. Meet at Ave S where it crosses the aqueduct.
